The puppies are 3 weeks old as of yesterday. They are walking around and starting to interact and play with each other. Ginni is such a good mama - she nurses them often and as a result the little ones are really beefy : ) They are over 6 lb already!

The puppies are a week old today and they are starting to learn how to walk!  They are so wobbly and funny though, able to take just a few steps and then fall over  lol
Great that it's Friday, I can spend some fun time with them over the weekend : )

Ginni is sooo tired after 12 hours of labor.

Finally, we got our Internet connection back today. I've been feeling like living on a deserted island since Thursday without the Internet.
And most importantly, the puppies are here!! We had them on Friday, Dec. 2.  We have 7 boys and 1 girl. They are growing so fast - they seem to have doubled in size already in 5 days.
Mama Ginni and all of the puppies are doing great. Ginni has recovered very well from the labor and the puppies are nice and beefy.
This is a very promising litter!

I see the puppies kicking through the skin, so cute!  I cannot wait to meet those little munchkins!

Our cane corso Navarro and his best friend Sean. On the first photo Sean is only 2 years old and on the second one 5 years has gone by... 

The whelping box is ready and now it's just waiting!

Ginni is getting to be so big, and it's still a few weeks to go. I'm not sure how the puppies will fit in her towards the end! Looks like it will be a big litter.

Ginni is very happy though - walking around and wagging her tail all the time : )

Today I received a photo of Allegra (a puppy from our last litter).  She's looking absolutely amazing - check out her head, it's perfect!   She looks exactly like her dad Navarro : )
